- Kaitlyn Higgins- Bargery Added October 08, 2017★ ★ ★ ★ ★Been with Dukes for just under two years now, and as from what i have seen there has been no fixes to our property, which we did not damage, the house has several cracks that need filling and have not been filled. We have multiple leaks in the roof and the roof pannels are coming off, and have been for months, again, no one came to fix it. There is mold in the bathroom, i have asthma so this is a health risk. Again, not fixed.
When we moved in we found a broken methamphetamine pipe, and a dirty needle. Hope none of you have kids at the dukes cleanliness rate! (:
We are paying 650 for this, a broken, run down house and given no other options but to stay here, and look for other houses.
