  Had my car serviced, had to be there at 7.45am had a fancy coffee machine was to scared to use,but none of the staff offered either, also they drive your car back to service area you pick it up from the front of building (where is the personal service gone !!!! )

  I hardly leave reviews, but I have to do a public service here and share my service and repair experience with Adrian Brien Hyundai. The frontline staff are nice enough - but let me take you on a journey of the most inept and dangerous car service and repair I have ever come across.
  
  *Late July 2020*: Book Hyundai i30 in for a major service, advised fuel pump needs to be replaced.
  
  -No problems.
  
  *Late July 2020*: Service done, they try to bill me twice for it.
  
  -Okay, people make mistakes.
  
  *1 day after service*: Car drives horribly, no power (

  We came to Adrian Brien Hyundai after having been to other car dealerships and from the moment we arrived, Alan and his team displayed the utmost professionalism, were very friendly and made us feel very much at ease as we discussed our new car purchase. Matt, our sales person was excellent.
  We highly recommend the Adrian Brien team and would advise anyone in the market for a new or used car to come here first like we wish we had.

  If you want a new car then go and see Pete at Adrian Brien Hyundai. He was always willing to help, was never pushy and even called us back at 7pm at night! We live interstate and that was no problem for Pete and the team. When we arrived to collect the Tucson we had the red ribbon and ballons on the car with a congratulations sign. Pete explained the features of the car not just to my husband but to me also. We cannot fault any part of our experience.
